Education and Honors
Ms. Jimenez attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, where she majored in Business Administration. This coursework, coupled with two decades of entrepreneurship, gives her and The Jimenez Law Firm the advantage in understanding high-profile, complex property division.
Following her time at UTSA, Ms. Jimenez attended law school at Texas Wesleyan University College of Law (now Texas A&M College of Law). She graduated in 2007, and founded The Jimenez Law Firm in Odessa that same year.
Representative Work
- Jimenez won highly-contested custody for a viral TikTok entrepreneur father, ensuring the children grew up in a loving, financially-secure home.
- She defeated a custody order on behalf of a mother in the military whose ex-husband forbade her to see her children for two years while he neglected them.
- Jimenez represented a client who co-owned three companies with his wife valued at $3 million each. She successfully won ownership of all three businesses for her client with no post-divorce spousal maintenance obligation after a contentious divorce.
